Our company's KCT-540 5 Axis CNC High-speed spring coiling machine adopts computer control system, Taiwan imported from Japan SANYO servo motor a high-speed five axis CNC coiling machine servo motor and high precision bearing structure, the standard models for five axes, free spool, camshaft, upper/under cutter axis and pitch axis. The shaft can operate independently or with synchronous operation, forming speed, stable performance and high accuracy. Among them, the KCT-540 computer compression spring machine of the cutter, and part of the independent spin off cutter shaft, can realize the direct effect on cutting, cutting and cutting pendulum cut from different angles; the pitch axis is the push rod spacing knife models increases, not only more convenient products of spring forming machine, save debugging time and wire cost, but also can complete the spring more difficult requirements.
